Which is which? Can you guess correctly?

This post was inspired by my Aunt Louanne... she commented on a picture of Sarah and Hannah on my Facebook that Sarah looks like Nathan and Hannah looks like me. When Hannah was little, we thought she looked like Nathan. So, here you go, thanks to Aunt Louanne:
